Warranty
At Joyland Playground, we ensure quality through the use of high-end materials, advanced machineries, and a strict quality control system. We are confident in the quality of our products and offer the most competitive and leading warranty service in the industry.
Warranty Policy for Installed Playgrounds:
Joyland Playground aims to provide customers with the finest playground equipments. Our Limited Warranty ensures that playground equipments are free from structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications. The approved equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of installation completion. Within this one-year period, Joyland Playground will service the equipment, complete any required repairs on defective parts free of charge, or provide necessary parts for self-installation where applicable. Please note that the warranty does not cover the cost of freight or labor for the removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts.
Joyland Playground offers the following warranties:
- 2 Years on metal parts against structural failure, including galvanized steel pipes, metal supports for shooting games (excluding guns, canons, and ball blasters), and all stainless steel hardware (bolts, screws, nuts, washers).
- 2 Years on components made from LLDPE (plastic) and fiberglass materials against deterioration that makes them unfit for play, such as tunnels, swing seats, seesaws, watching towers, cubes, slides, panels, junction tubes, plastic houses, themed roofs, etc.
- 1 Year on soft play products, including wood components or sponge items covered by soft PVC leather, such as platforms, themed panels and roofs, decorative cartoon boards, soft wall cushions, climbers, stairs, ball pit fences, bridge punching bags, flooring mats, slide cushions, soft seats, and obstacles of all shapes.
- 1 Year on auxiliary equipment like trampolines, safety nets, PVC pipes, webbing equipment, clamps, and nylon strings. Please note that the warranty does NOT cover plastic balls for ball pits.
- Kids Merry-go-round: 1 Year on electronic and electrical components (air blowers, air compressors, motors, gearboxes, magnetic valves, buttons) and 1 Year on frames, structures, padding, and soft wrapping materials.
- Ball Blaster: 1 Year on electric and pneumatic parts, and 1 Year on steel parts and metal hardware (barrel, mount, post, seat, mounting hardware). The warranty does NOT cover foam balls for ball blasters.
Spare Parts:
All turn-key playgrounds from Joyland Playground come with a certain amount of spare parts shipped with together the playground to the customers. These spare parts are provided as free service parts and should be sufficient to maintain the playground for 1 to 3 years. Customers are responsible for using and maintaining all materials with care. Please carefully follow our instruction manuals for installation and maintenance of the playground and spare parts. Customers must also ensure the safe storage of spare parts when not in use.
