We offer free 3D design based on our existing models.
For highly customized or complex designs, a design fee of $300–$500 may apply. This ensures both sides are committed to moving forward seriously.
Q9: How long does it take to receive a custom design?
Typically, our team completes a custom layout within 3 working days, depending on the size and features of your desired playground.
Q10: What warranty and maintenance support do you offer?

Q11: Can I visit your factory?
We’d love to welcome you! Our factory is open for tours by appointment. We’ll even arrange to pick you up from the airport or train station. On-site, you can view real samples of our indoor playgrounds, trampoline parks, and ninja courses in our display showroom.
